Dr. Mihaila is a New York State Licensed Psychologist. He received his doctorate degree from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, California, and is currently Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He earned his Certificate in Neuropsychological Assessment from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology with training at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs and Stanford University Medical Center in California. He completed his internship training at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center in West Brentwood, New York. His postdoctoral residency was completed at Queens Hospital Center in Jamaica, New York.
Dr. Mihaila knows that accurate diagnosis and treatment can make a positive difference in a person’s life and that early diagnosis of neurological and psychiatric illness is very important for treatment.
Dr. Mihaila is a member of the, Society for Personality Assessment (SPA), L. I. Head Injury Foundation, and the New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA). He also serves as a volunteer on the New York City Medical Reserve Corps.
